How to order
 

The most important factor to remember when working with Telesource is -- we want to make working with us easy for you. We are flexible and will meet your requirements. Please, let us know what is best for you.

To Place a Purchase Order:

  1. Call your Telesource Account Manager at 1-800-525-4300.
  2. Your Telesource Account Manager is available for quotations on equipment availability, purchase and delivery information.
  3. Telesource also has a staff of technicians available to answer your Northern Telecom related questions at no additional charge. Your Telesource Account Manager will assist you in contacting the technician you require.
  4. As a Telesource customer, you may purchase on a verbal purchase order number or send in your request on hard copy. Terms are NET 30 and freight is prepaid and added with the FOB being Pontiac, Michigan. (If you are a new customer, click here to complete our credit application.)
  5. Telesource utilizes all available carrier and freight services on the current market. We offer next day services, counter-to-counter and standard ground shipping. We use transportation services that reflect the cost effective and quality service that is standard of Telesource.
  6. All Telesource equipment has a full 12 month warranty with a guaranteed free next day replacement repair on all warranty items. Warranty stickers are on all equipment stating company name, date and phone number.


To Place a Repair Order:

  1. Call your Telesource Account Manager at 1-800-525-4300.
  2. Telesource offers two options in our Repair Service Division.
    1. Repair and Return - This option allows you to send in your Northern Telecom equipment for repair and we will return it like new!
    2. Advance Replacement on Repair - Telesource will advance to you an item from our inventory in replacement for the repair item that you send in. This option is offered at the standard repair price with no additional charge.
  3. A return authorization number (RA) will be issued by your Telesource Account Manager against each repair order placed.

The RA# should either be on the label or equipment
All repair items have the same full 12-month Telesource warranty and guarantee.

To Get a Warranty Replacement:

  1. In the case of a warranty replacement, please call your Account Manager, at 1-800-525-4300 for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. At no additional charge to you, your Account Manager will have the equipment picked up or shipped to our facility. The return label should read:
